Topic 2 – Lots of talk about DevOps these days. Are there constraints regarding where this is viable? (eg. Can it apply to a Windows shop, or an IT shop that primarily uses packaged software)? Can this apply to a traditional IT shop, or only to companies when IT is their product/business?
Topic 3 – I've mentioned before that today's Data Centers are 21st Century "bits factories" (http://itknowledgeexchange.techtarget.com/cloud-computing-enterprise/what-21st-century-bit-factories-can-learn-from-20th-century-widget-factories/). You seem to draw a similar analogy in the book. Do yo find that analogy useful, or do IT people tend to ignore it because it seems "non technical"?
Topic 4 – In previous writings, you've talked about "The Three Ways". These are higher levels conceptualizations. Can you put these into some practical applications/tools/use-cases that people trying to grasp DevOps can get started with?
Topic 5 – DevOps has been a topic that's led to NoOps, OpsDev and various other debates that generally center around "who is now in charge" or "where does the power shift" discussions. Change is scary to a lot of people. What successes can you share from people you speak with?
